Indus Learning Channel

Indus Learning Channel is a unique app for conducting assessments before and after trainings. Pre-training assessments can be taken on the mobile, with the objective of knowing how much the trainees knows about certain fundamentals skills in order to perform their jobs efficiently. Post-training assessments are conducted after the employees have undergone the training, post which they are asked the same questions as the pre-training. A comparison is made after this, to analyze the extent of the success of the training programme, in terms of coverage of concepts as well as successful, on-field implementation of those concepts by the trainees.

Indus Pembelajaran Channel adalah aplikasi yang unik untuk menjalankan penilaian sebelum dan selepas latihan. Penilaian pra-latihan boleh diambil di telefon bimbit, dengan objektif untuk mengetahui berapa banyak pelatih tahu tentang kemahiran asas tertentu untuk melaksanakan tugas mereka dengan cekap. Penilaian selepas latihan dijalankan selepas pekerja telah menjalani latihan, jawatan yang mereka diminta soalan yang sama seperti pra-latihan. Perbandingan dibuat selepas ini, untuk menganalisis sejauh mana kejayaan program latihan, dari segi liputan konsep serta berjaya, pelaksanaan dalam bidang mereka konsep oleh pelatih.
